The administrator dashboard is the first thing it sees after login in. It has 4 sections:
1) Summary:
Here you can find:
- Total amount of money spent on projects.
- Total number of providers.
- Total number of projects
- The average score of the projects.
- The NPS of the projects
- The overdue tasks for the entire team
- The latest demands and their status
- The latest projects and the step it is currently in.
You can select the period you want to see on the top part. You can see the activity summary from the last 3, 6, or 12 months. You can also view the summary from the beginning of using the tool ("All"), and last, you can customize the period you want to see ("Custom"). The dates on the right side are based on the period you selected.
On the second part of the summary you have:
- Your latest notifications
- Your latest messages
- Your Upcoming meetings
on the final part of the summary, you can find:
- Latest SoWs Signed
- The projects that are about to end.
- The poor performing projects.
2) Latest Surveys:
Here you can find the latest 10 survey sent. For each survey you have:
- Member Name
- Project Name
- Survey's Status
- Provider core
- NPS Score
- The Survey's completion date.
3) Consulting Score vs Promoter Score:
The graph shows the variation of the Provider Score vs the Promoter Score over the selected period.
