Now that the RFP is done, the next step is invite the consulting firms, to do that, Go to the project and select "Sourcing & Invitation":
Click Projects:

Click "View Project"

Click "Sourcing & Invitation":
Sourcing & Invitation has 4 tabs:
- Target Profile
- Selection
- Confidentiality
- Invitation
1) Target Profile
The first tab have several options for you to narrow down the target consulting firms for your project. You can select the desired industry and capability expertise, Local Presence, Intervention Countries, Size, Ownership, Diversity, Consulting Firm Tier and Language required. Select the ones you like and click "Save":
Go to the next tab:
2) Selection
Here you will select the consulting firms that you want to work on your project. You have two options, select from you consulting panel or select from the consource global network:
Choose one of the buttons to show the list of companies:
When you click one of the buttons a pop up will be displayed with a list of the companies and the match percentage with the criteria you selected on the previous tab. on the example below, the companies have a 75% match with the criteria.
Select the ones you want to include and click "Submit":
The companies are added to the list:
Select the partners that will receive the invitation and click "Save" to save the companies select and go to the next tab:
3) Confidentiality
Here you can decide if you want to require a NDA to be signed. You can also add RFP data to the invitation. You select item on the left, click "Save" and the items are added to the invitation on the right:
4) Invitation
Go back to the "Selection" tab to choose the ones on the short list. These are the one who will receive the invitation:
Click save and the companies in the short list will be in the "Invitation" tab:
Click "Send Invite" to send the invites. The status will change:
Both companies will receive an invitation email:
This concludes the sourcing and invitation step. Once the accept the invitation, the process will continue.
