Here you can manage the Providers:
Click the provider's name to go to it's profile:
Click "Meetings" :
Click "Add Meeting":
Enter meeting title, the start and end date:
Enter the company's attendees, the provider's attendees and select "Performance Review" on Nature:

As I'm already setup my calendar integration with Google Calendar, the "Meeting Invite" field is not available. The meeting link will be automatic generated and send to the attendees. As my integration is Google, the meeting will be held using Google Meet. The integration process is explained here:

To add a document relevant to the meeting, click the upload button or enter a shared link from a cloud storage service:
Upload the file and click "Add":
The performance review is added to the list:
Once the performance review is done, click meetings:
Edit the meeting and add the Key Outcomes. Click "Edit":
Enter the outcomes and click "Update":
The performance review is updated:
