How to view the Panel Analytics?

To access the Provider's Panel Analytics, click "Panel Management"


Click "Panel Analytics"




Here you can see the Panel Analytics:



You can select to view by a time range at the top of the page. You can choose to see the last 3, 6, or 12 months. You can view all the information since you started using the app. You can also select to see by fiscal year and also customize the time range you want to see:



Then you have the Projects summary with the following information:
  1. Total spend on projects during the period select above
  2. Number of Providers
  3. Number of Projects
  4. Average score of all projects
  5. NPS



The Panel Analytics has 3 tabs:

  1. Overview
  2. Performance
  3. Costs & Terms

I) Overview

The overview tab has two sections. The first one contains a pie chart with the Spend by Tier and a bar chart with the spend profile that you can show by projects or by providers:



The second section shows
  1. the spend volume & providers by capability. Here you can see all capabilities together or you can select which one you want to see.
  2. Variability. Here you can select Purpose or Capability as the X-axis and Score or Price as the Y-axis:



If you hover the mouse over the dot, you can see the number of providers for that capability, the amount spent and the name of the capability.




II) Performance

The first section shows:
  1. Score (%). Here you can see all consulting firm's score. 
  2. Performance Evolution. Here you can see how the consulting firm evolved over time.



if you want to see only a specific company, just type the name of the company and hit enter:



You can do the same for performance evolution.

The second part of the tab show the flags based on the threshold defined here



III) Cost & Terms

The first section shows:
  1. Average Project Cost by Providers
  2. Average Weekly Cost by Providers



On both graphs you have the option to see also the top 20% or the bottom 20%:



If you want to see only one company, type the name of the company and hit enter:



The second section shows:

  1. Average Daily Cost by Providers
  2. Average Payment Term by Providers



Again, you have the option to see also the top 20% or the bottom 20%:
