How can one view the Project Analytics ?

To access the Projects Analytics, go to "Projects"



Click "Projects Analytics"




Here you can see the Projects Analytics:



You can select to view by a time range at the top of the page. You can choose to see the last 3, 6, or 12 months. You can view all the information since you started using the app. You can also select to see by fiscal year and also customize the time range you want to see:



Then you have the Projects summary with the following information:


  1. Total spend on projects during the period select above
  2. Number of Providers
  3. Number of Projects
  4. Average score of all projects
  5. NPS



The Projects Analytics has 3 tabs:

  1. Overview
  2. Performance
  3. Impact & ROI

I) Overview

The overview tab has three sections. The first one contains a bar chart with the number of project by Month  and another one with the number of projects by capabilities:


You also have the option to see a cumulative chart.

The second section shows
  1. The number of projects by Business Unit (with the option to see the cumulative chart)
  2. Projects by Region:
    1. You can choose to view the percentage of project in each region or the number of project
    2. Also can view per project count or amount spent. 



If you hover the mouse over the region you can see the number/amount of projects in that region:

 

In the last section of the overview tab, we can see the spend profile and the spend by project tier:



II) Performance

The first section shows:
  1. A Radar Chart with the dimensions we use to evaluate the providers and the average score of the projects in the time frame selected.
  2. A Evolution Chart with provider score vs promoter score in the time frame selected above.


If you hover the mouse over the bar you can see the exact provider score, the name of the project, the name of the provider and the partner.
If you hover the mouse of the green dot, you can see the exact promoter score, the name of the project the name


             
The second section shows us:
  1. Overall Distribution
  2. View by Dimension


On the second chart, you can see each dimension individually.

III) Impact & ROI

The first section shows:
  1. Provider Score vs Spend
  2. Promoter Score vs Spend


On both charts, if you hover your mouse over the dots, it will show the score and name of the project.

The second section shows:

  1. ROI
  2. Impact Score vs Spend
