How does one can view a RFP project?

To view the RFP projects, click "Projects":


And click "RFP Projects":



You can see all your finished, ongoing, and future RFP projects on this screen:



On the list of projects screen, you have:
  1. Project ID: ID generate by consource
  2. Project Name
  3. Businees Unit
  4. Project Leader
  5. Project's Start Date
  6. Project's End Date
  7. Project's Last Modified Date
  8. Name of the Provider that won the project
  9. Project's Consulting Score, if the project is done and all the surveys answered.
  10. Project's Step
  11. Action Project Icon
You can search for a specific project using the search bar or the filter:



You can search by the project name (only a few letters are necessary if you don't know the complete project name) or you can type the name of the project leader.




You can also use the filter to narrow the search:


Enter some or all options:



 

Click "Apply":



The results will list all projects that met the select criteria:



You can filter the projects by:
  1. Business Units
  2. Project's Leader Name
  3. Project Start Date
  4. Project End Date
  5. Project Creation Date
  6. Provider's Name
  7. Project's Step
  8. Project's Type
When you find the project you are looking for, click "Action":


Click "View":



When the project is completed, only the "Home" and the "Performance" tabs are available. The Home tab brings a summary of the project and is divided in 6 sections:


1) Key Project Information:



Here we have:
    1. Project's Name
    2. Provider's Name
    3. Project's Budget
    4. Project's Currency
    5. Project's Leader Name
    6. Legal Entity's Name
    7. Project's Start Date
    8. Project's Language
    9. Project's Sponsor Name
    10. Provider's Leader Name
    11. Consulting Firm Name
    12. Last Project's Activity
    13. Project's End Date
    14. Project's Confidentiality
    15. Procurement's Leader Name
    16. Last Activity's Date
    17. Project's next step


2) Visibility, Performance and NPS



This sections shows us:
    1. The Visibility toggle (available before the end of the project)
    2. The Performance Radar Chart with the Total score and the score per dimension (Commercial, Behavior, Impact, Talent & Expertise and Delivery
    3. The Project's NPS Value


3) Taxonomy


In this section we have:
    1. Project's Capabilities
    2. Project's Industries
    3. Strategic Lever
    4. Business Unit
    5. Project's Regions


4) Project Summary


Here we have:
    1. The Challenge
    2. The Mandate
    3. The Impact


5) Contract



Here we can see the contracts associated with this project.


6) ROI Comments


Here we can see:
    1. The Qualitative Impact
    2. The Total DCF
    3. The ROI
    4. The ROI Comment

The other part of the project that is available is the "Performance". Click "Performance": 



Under performance you have several tabs:


1) Home


Here you can se the Project Summary, with the challenge, the Mandate and the Impact. You can see the scorecard with the score. You also have the documentation related to the project and the number of evaluations.


2) Scorecard



This tab shows us:

  1. The Scorecard with the radar chart
  2. The NPS Score
  3. Five Strengths of the provider 
  4. Five Areas of Improvement
  5. Top Five Survey Questions (Best Evaluated)
  6. Bottom Five Survey (Worst Evaluated)

3) Evaluation


This tab shows us who where the people that evaluated the project. To view how each Evaluator answered the Survey, click "Action" (This option is only available to the Administrator):


Click "View":



Scroll Down to see each answer:



4) Cost Evolution



First we have the cost evolution bar chart, comparing:
  1. Demand Budget
  2. RFP Budget
  3. SoW Budget
  4. Actual Costs


After, we have the "Actual Costs" details.


5) Impact & ROI


First, we have the Quantitative Impact and a optional comment about it. 


Then we have the ROI Calculation and a comment about it, if applicable.


6) Key Documents

The next tab show the key documents about the project:


Using the action menu, you have 4 options:

  1. Restrict Access (Only to the Administrator)
  2. Download
  3. View 
  4. Delete (Only available if the project is not complete)




7) Summary


Last you have:
