To customize the Demands:
1. Click "Admin"
2. Click "Customisation"

Click "Demand"
Here you can customize the "Other Questions" section in the demand document and also the which fields are mandatory on the demand.
The fist tab is "Other Questions". To add another question, click "+Add Question":
Type the new question and the type of answer you want for it:
- Input: Text area to write the answer;
- Template: Upload a template, so the user can fill the template and attach to the demand;
- Yes/No
- Upload: The user need to upload a document to the demand.
Click "Add"
The question is added to the list:
If you want to change the question's order, you can do it by clicking the six dots on the left side of the question and drag and drop it up or down:
And the order is changed:
If you want to edit a question, click "Edit":
Make the desired changes:
When you are done, click "Update":
The question is modified:
If you want to delete a question, click "Delete":
Click "Delete" to confirm:
The question is removed:
You can add new sections, by clicking the "+ Add Section" button. Give the new section a name and save. Then add questions to section using the process described above.
You can modify sections orders by using the drag and drop process described above. You can also edit and delete the sections in the same way that was described for the questions.
The next tab is the Taxonomy Mandatory Fields, where you can customize which fields are required when your users are building their demands. You just need to toggle the ones you want to be mandatory.
The last tab is "Reminder", where you can set the number of times a reminder should be sent and the number of days between reminders:
Simple change the value you want:
And click "Save":
The modification is saved:
