How to manage the Providers?

To access the  Providers, go to "Panel Management":




Click "Provider Panel"




Here, you can manage the providers with whom you have a relationship:




From this screen, you can:
  1. Add a Provider
  2. Edit a Provider

A) Add a Provider

Click "+ Add Provider":



Select the provider you want to add from the dropdown list:




Select the provider tier:




Select one or more options on provider lists (optional). You must create this list under the customization menu previously. It is a custom tag on top of capabilities and industries:




Select the Procurement Leader for this provider:




Select the Relationship Manager:



Click "Add."




The new company will be added to the list:



Before activating and using this provider, you must onboard at least one Legal Entity.

To view the company profile, click "View Profile."



The company profile page will show:

B) Edit a Provider
You can edit a limited amount of information from a provider. You can find the options on the settings tab. To go there, view the provider profile as explained above and click the "Settings" tab:



You can change the relationship manager, the procurement leader, the provider tier, and the provider lists. Click "Save" after making the changes:
