After the consulting firms accepted the invitation, you can make the RFP available to them. Go back to the project's "Sourcing & Invitation" tab. You can see that the status has changed to accepted and now you can enable the toggles to allow the RFP access:
Now you can proceed to the next tab, "Selection".
The "Proposal & Selection" has 6 tabs:
- Proposals
- Evaluator
- Selection Criteria
- My scoring
- Team scoring
- Shortlist
- Results
I) Proposals
The first tab is "Proposals". Here you can check if the consulting firms uploaded their proposals. As you can see, all companies sent their proposals, so the selection process can start:
Click "Next"
II) Evaluator
Here you can choose who will be evaluating the proposals:
Select the people and click "Save & Next":
Here you can edit the selection criteria, if you are the admin:

If you are not the admin of the company, the "Selections Criteria" will not be editable:
IV) My Scoring
Here you can enter your score for each proposal, based on the select criteria:
You can toggle between weight and absolute weight. Click the name of the company to enter the scoring screen:
The "Proposal Scoring for mckinsey & company" slider will show and you can enter your ranking from 1 to 10 on each criteria:.
Enter your score, the comment and click "Save":
The score is updated. Click Next:
V) Team Scoring
Here you can see how all evaluators scored the proposals. You can toggle between Median and Average:
Click the Zoom to see how each evaluator scored each criteria:
VI) Shortlist
Here you can invite the consulting firm to pitch:
Click "Invite to Pitch":
An email is send to the consultant:
You can stop the process with a consulting firm by clicking "Stop":
A pop up is displayed and you click yes to stop the process:
The status is updated:
VII) Results
After evaluating and scoring the proposal, now is time to move on to the SoW. On this screen you can send the invite to SoW or send the the lost email:
You can add a feedback to the consulting firms. Click the add button:
Here you have the consulting firm's name, the best and worst performance criteria, a space to comment on both, and an area for general comment. Enter the comments you want and click "Save":
As we stopped the process with Bain on the last tab, the only option available is to send the "Lost E-Mail". Click the button to send the email:
The consulting firm will receive an email like this:
The status is updated:
Now you can send the invite to SoW to the other consulting firm. Click Invite to SoW:
A pop up will be displayed. Click "Yes" to send the invitation e-mail:
The consulting firm will receive an e-mail like this one:
This concludes the selection of the consulting firm.
